New courses and more

Long time since trial post so here is an update:

Two courses completed: basic bread making and Italian breads and sourdough.   Both received great feedback from participants: “a great day”, “lovely day-a real treat”, “useful course notes” so we are looking to run more in the New Year including flat breads, shaping, plaiting etc and celebration breads such as Panettone and Stollen.  Special requests also considered.  Have decided to stick to just three participants to give sufficient attention to each.  More details under ‘Courses’.  A bread making course makes an ideal gift for male or female and can also be tailored as a team building activity.  We are also running evening events for larger numbers with the opportunity for some hands on baking and plenty of advice on bread baking plus food and drink.  Call or email to discuss.
