Bread rings proving very popular

Only started making bread rings for Camembert a few weeks ago but they are proving very popular at The Cheesplate and local pubs.  They are part baked so that the cheese can be placed in the centre and the baking time and temperature for the cheese is all that is required to finish and brown the bread.  Will take some photos this weekend which is also Sandon Farmers market, 9.30-11.30.

Baked camembert bread ring

DSCF3138Tried this at the weekend.  Part baked bread ring (onion or sun dried tomato flavourings are good) then put camembert in centre and baked for 15 mins at 200C.  Very tasty.  Might make some for Fowlmere market this Saturday.
