David, Patrick and Leo joined us last Saturday for a beginners course, making some great looking focaccia and swirls having started with a basic loaf.
David had not made bread before and was very pleased with what he produced particularly a giant fougasse with olives, garlic and rosemary and inspired by some thing similar Leo had seen on TV.
