Sourdough course, one place left

This Saturday we are running the first of several courses on making Panettone, complete with sweet sourdough starter, upside down cooling etc.  We will also be tackling focaccia and swirls.  The following week, Nov 30th, we are running a course on hydrated doughs: focaccia, ciabatta and sourdough and have one place left if you want to join us.  This is Robins’ sourdough loaf following his course with us earlier in the year.
